Shell and earthworks services including exposed concrete for infrastructure buildings Shell construction work This LV includes the shell construction work for the construction of an infrastructure building for a swimming pool. The new building will essentially be made of timber frame construction Single-storey and with no basement built on a load-bearing floor slab. The inserted, two-story sanitary core and some partition walls, bases and platforms are constructed using solid exposed concrete quality. In advance of the shell construction described here / Earthworks, the existing building at the new construction site was demolished on site. The lowest part of the basement was left in the ground and the demolition contractor filled it with gravel down to -1.45 m. The The work to be carried out in this list of services includes the shell construction work, essentially consisting of: • Earthworks in preparation for the construction of the new building (including line trenches approx. 400 m³ and laying of lines), construction pit with approx. 700 m³ m³, backfill + subgrade for the foundation of the floor slab with approx. 1,300 m³ • Shell construction work (concrete and insulation work, including the placement of necessary scaffolding), load-bearing waterproof concrete floor slab with approx. 1,200 m², exposed concrete walls up to SB3 with approx. 800 m², reinforced concrete ceilings with approx. 300 m² as well as various bases and platforms • Grounding work Doc Title: Shell construction work Contract Type: works
