- Shell construction and special foundation engineering work in accordance with DIN 18299, 18300, 18305, 18331, 18330, 18350, 18550 18533, 18202. The following services are to be carried out in the listed existing building: - Construction site furnishing in construction phases - Construction site furnishing - NEA, refrigeration machines, chimney - fire protection upgrade of the media channel - demolition work concrete ceiling, reinforced concrete ceiling, existing masonry and existing foundation - demolition work - NEA, refrigeration machines and chimney - disposal of non-hazardous construction, Demolition and concrete waste - Disposal of mixed construction and demolition waste - Securing construction pits, plank beam shoring - Underpinning and high-pressure injection columns - Closing construction pits - Underpinning external wall foundations and strip foundations - Construction pit closure using high-pressure injection columns - dismantling and re-laying of paving, bedding and base layer - earth and soil excavation - concrete work (floor slab, reinforced concrete walls, reinforced concrete ceiling, NEA and chimney, strip foundations, Refrigeration machines) - Sealing work on waterproof components and wall surfaces - Masonry work on interior walls - Masonry replacement in damaged areas and in the foundation area - Plastering work in the sealing area and on interior walls - Special service: Fire protection cladding of the cap supports - cable bushings in house 18 and sealing of the bushings - production of earthing systems for house 18 as well as for the NEA foundations, chillers and chimney.
