The existing listed school building Walter-Erbe-School from the 1960s is a exposed concrete construction that is from the French school asCommunity school is used. It is planned to increase the northern single -storey part of the building. The increase comprises a technology floor and a full floor in which the specialist classes are planned, chemistry, physics, biology and visual arts from the French school valley. The existingThe ground floor with the work rooms is being rebuilt and expanded by a class to the east. The new upper floors are opened up by two new staircases and a new elevator. The construction construction takes place in wood hybrid construction. The technical equipment consists of long-distance heating heating,Ventilation system, fire alarm system, PV system, equipment of the specialist classes. The free-standing extension of the Walter-Erbe School (KUBUS) is broken off to clear the building. Services as a security and health coordinator are required for the construction work.
