Description:
The existing listed school building Walter-Erbe School from the 1960s is a exposed concrete construction that is used by the French school Tal as a community school. It is planned to increase the northern single -storey part of the building. The increase includes a technology floorAnd a full floor in which the specialist classes NWT, chemistry, physics, biology and visual arts from the French school are planned. The existing ground floor with the workshops is being rebuilt and expanded by a class to the east. The new upper floors will be used by two new stairwellsand opened up a new elevator. The construction construction takes place in wood hybrid construction. The technical equipment consists of distance heating, ventilation system, fire alarm system, PV system, equipment of the specialist classes. The free-standing extension of the Walter-Erbe School is(Cubus) broken off. Services as a security and health coordinator are required for the construction work.
