• Single-stage, non-open implementation competition with ideas section “New Schelklingen Town Hall” The process is carried out as a single-stage, restricted structural and urban development implementation competition with an ideas section. A maximum number of participants of 15 is the aim. The competition is based on the guidelines for planning competitions RPW 2013 (dated January 31, 2013, with the introductory decree of the state of Baden-Württemberg dated March 27, 2013), as well as leaflets 51 and 52 of the AKBW (as of April 2024). The Application and recognition of the RPW 2013 is binding for the organizer and participants as well as all other participants, unless this announcement expressly deviates from it. The organizer, participants and everyone involved in the process recognize the content this award. The AKBW assisted in the preparation of this competition in an advisory capacity. The competition was registered there under number 2026-2-02. Following the competition, there will initially be a VgV negotiation process without a participation competition carried out with the first prize winner. The existing town hall in Schelklingen has a high renovation backlog and serious functional deficiencies. The local council of the city of Schelklingen has therefore decided to demolish the existing hall and to build a new town hall as a multi-purpose hall on the neighboring property to the north.
