- The Stadtische Clinic Braunschweig (SKBS) intends to obtain an innovative patient multimedime solution. The target scenario is to provide all patients to a mobile patient tablet for use during the hospital stay. This basic equipment should be at Need by supplementary facilities (e.g. various holding constructions) can be aligned to special patient situations. In addition to a standard offer of entertainment media during the stay, the future solution platform expects further services, with specific clinical and organizational information and communication services can be provided. An open solution architecture and the use of standardized interfaces must help, applications of third parties, with specially clinical/medical orientation (e.g. for patient education, Anamnesis recording etc.) and organizational orientation (e.g. service call, menu acquisition etc.) also include in the overall solution concept.
