- The subject of the allocation is the delivery of a flexible slaughterhouse in modular construction for the promotion of regional and sub -mobile slaughter, which in accordance with the requirements of regulations (EC) No. 852/2004 and 853/2004 in conjunction with the AVV LMH and the current resolutions of the Affl (working group Meat and poultry meat hygiene and subject-specific questions of food of animal origin) and the requirements of regulation (EG) No. 1099/2009 are suitable for obtaining admission to slaughter and disassembly cattle and pigs.
