- The building House F (property: Dohnaer Strasse 205 in Dresden) is intended as an interim location for the relocation of magazine holdings from the central location of the Saxon State Library, State and University Library (SLUB) Dresden. The building was built around 1995 as an industrial building. The last use was as a pharmaceutical production building, which was built in reinforced concrete with in-situ concrete components, in some areas also filled with masonry. The building was gutted and cleaned up for pollutants before the shell construction work. After the renovation work, this shows Buildings on up to 3 usage levels have a gross floor area of approx. 6,600 m2. The following services are required as part of the shell construction work: Construction site equipment Scaffolding work: Standing scaffolding 3 kN/m2 SW09 H1 approx. 1600 m2 in partial areas Staircases Scaffolding approx. 5 pieces.
