DeGewo intends to award the services of the small maintenance in residential buildings for the South Customer Center to a service provider. This is done as part of a small repair. It is a structured procedure for recording, commissioning, implementing and documenting small repairs. The service provider independently carries out the small repairs at the request of tenants, employees of Degewo or justified third parties. Measures fall under small repairs In the area of construction and building technology, which does not exceed a value limit of € 1,428.00 net (around € 1,700 gross). The remuneration to the service provider takes place at a flat rate per square meter. The inventory for the lot currently includes around 20,000 rental units in the south of Berlin. Extensions due to purchase and new construction are in the planning.
