Procurement of services in the areas of gateway administration (GWA), measurement data management (MDM), CLS management, MSB portal including project planning and Migration of existing devices as well as device procurement and WAN communication for a basic measuring point operator as business process outsourcing. Gateway administrators (GWA), measurement data management (MDM) including the provision of measured values in an MSB portal solution, the procurement of SMGw and mME as well as WAN communication have so far been provided by an existing service provider as part of a business process outsourcing (BPO).
