Allocation of structural planning services of the LPH 1-6 according to §§ 49 ff. Part 4 Section 1 HOAI for the expansion and conversion of the Neuhausen senior citizens
It was with the approval of the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior of July 21, 1964 (document No. IA4 -539 -4 V/4) founded with the purpose of supervising blind women -especially former students of the state blind institution. The existing building is designed in the angle, consists of two construction bodies of different Baualter's (younger building from 1993) and has a gross area of around 7,910 m2. It comprises three above ground floors and a basement on a thigh. The building has been built by road and borders on the back to a park -like open space Old trees. There is a simple development plan (building line plan of the state capital of Munich). The dorm at Winthirstrasse 20 in Munich-Neuhausen is to be expanded. There are currently 89 dormitories available. The creation of around 13 additional places for Blind and visual impaired people through the new building of around 20 rooms. The new dormitory places are to be accommodated in 1 and 2 bed rooms and each have barrier-free, wheelchair-friendly wet room in accordance with DIN 18040 (version R).
