The subject of the services advertised here are the planning and support of the implementation of the modernization, repair and expansion of the DLRG building in the municipality of Soerup. The services to be awarded include basic services according to HOAI and special services for modernization, Repair and expansion of the DLRG building.

The subject of the project is the modernization, repair and Expansion of the DLRG building on the south lake in the municipality of Soerup. The area to be over -planing lies in the formally defined renovation area "Extended Center "on the southern outskirts and is owned by the municipality of Soerup. While the entire area of the planning area is approx. 5,500 m2, the DLRG building (stock) has a gross area of approx. 80 m2. The development plan No. 26 of the municipality of Soerup 2017 has defined the determination "Other special area, with the purpose of" local recreation "(see Appendix 4). The southern lake with its bathing area serves as a meeting point for guests of all ages for the area in which the DLRG building is located. Suedensee was built between 1958 and 1987 and is now in great need of modernization and repair. The building is in local property and is managed in the sponsorship of a third party.
