- The subject of the service to be provided is
• Provision of a software solution for contract management and quality audits Care for one-time tariff (corporate license purchase),
• The software and hosting are installed in the client's external data center,
• Configuration and Implementation of the software solution, i.e. creation of an overall system and the production of operational readiness
• Project management
• Advice and support of the client's administrators and users as part of the introductory project (implementation phase),
• Takeover of data and Other migration services,
• Training,
• System service and software maintenance,
• Further development and adaptation of the overall system,
• Interface programming,
• Support with data backup during the contract term.
For this purpose, the client concludes an EVB-IT with the contractor System contract.
