Description:
The subject of the service to be provided is
• Provision of an administration platform for the committee work of self-government (including: electronic files, electronic transaction processing, cost and compensation accounting, Internet portal as an information platform and for the meeting management of committee members) as a SaaS solution including data backup and system service - software maintenance and support hotline
• Implementation and configuration of the administration platform for the committee work.,
• Technical connection in the form of an interface to the client's financial program in terms ofck on the payment v. Expense allowances (attendance fees and travel expenses)
• Hosting including storage space,
• Project management,
• Advice and support for the client's administrators and users as part of the introductory project,
• Provision of a test environment for the backend User as part of the introductory project
• Takeover of Data & Other Migration Services
