- FEK - Friedrich-Ebert-Krankenhaus Neumuenster GmbH (FEK for short) intends, taking into account all procurement documents, to procure a modulation-based overall software system including the associated software maintenance services for managing billing for alternative carenorms. The desired information and billing system for special outpatient systems should cover a wide range of billing areas according to BMV-A and BMV-Z and reflect regional budgets for several facilities in direct billing according to §§ 116 -119c SGB V. The overall system should be...form an integrative solution with the existing subsystems or subsystems that may need to be integrated. The project will be implemented as soon as possible after the order has been placed and in coordination with the client, but no later than December 31, 2024.
