- Procurement includes the development of individual software as well as its maintenance and application management as well as further development. The purpose of the software is to provide efficient, digital support for official on-site inspections in the veterinary sector in consumer health protection. The client is the state of Lower Saxony, represented by the Land Development and Agricultural Promotion Service Center (SLA) (address: Wiesenstraße 1, 30169 Hanover). The procurement is also carried out on behalf of the states of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Hesse, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein, Thuringia and the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Federal Ministry for Agriculture, nutrition and homeland based on the administrative agreement on the establishment and operation of a central coordination and communication center (KKS) for the preparation, implementation and further development of the central IT architecture for the Health consumer protection (ZITA gV) carried out on November 1st, 2022.
