Dear Sir or Madam, Deutsche Energy Terminal GmbH (DET) intends to purchase software for invoice processing and contract management. To prepare for the procedure, the client carries out the present market research. DET is a 100% subsidiarysociety of the Federal Republic of Germany. It was founded in December 2022. DET is the main operator of liquid gas terminals at the Wilhelmshaven, Brunsbuettel and Stade locations. On behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection, the DET operates the first dGerman terminals through which the LNG from the ship is fed into the gas network. 1. Procedure: a. Type of participation You can take part in the market research by answering the questionnaire, see section VI.1) of the conditions of participation. The client reserves the right to the extent necessaryn plan to conduct an in-depth discussion. This conversation is intended to clarify open questions. In addition, a live presentation of the software solution will take place during this discussion. b. Participation deadline For participation (electronic transmission of the answered questionnaire and/or verarranging a market exploration meeting), the following deadline applies: February 13, 2024, 9:00 a.m. 2.
