Description:
Three ERP systems (including SAP) are currently used in day-to-day business to map the business processes. These are now to be completely integrated into the SAP system landscape. The FlowFact software used serves as a system for mapping the transaction processes (including preliminary and...d downstream business processes) of our real estate portfolio. Transaction processes include receipts and disposals of assets (so-called properties). These process chains include complex release processes, document storage and resubmissions. There is also a web platformwhich enables communication/voting with external committees.
The solution used in the future is to be implemented and integrated within the SAP architecture.
In the end, the business processes are basically mapped in SAP. This means that optimization and standardization in the flow of the processes and efficiency gains are achieved.
