- BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH (BIM) intends to procure and introduce a new document management system (DMS) for company-wide use. The aim of the project is to provide a central, secure and audit-proof platform for administration and processing and archiving documents and files. The DMS is intended to support cross-departmental collaboration, reduce existing media disruptions and ensure compliance with legal, data protection and organizational requirements. Operation will initially take place on-premises BIM data center. In the future, the solution is intended to technically support hybrid or cloud-based operating models. The scope of services includes in particular: - Provision, implementation and introduction of the DMS software including installation, configuration and training, - Integration into existing systems, in particular SAP S/4HANA, email and office environments, - migration of existing documents and metadata, - conception and implementation of defined workflows, archiving and authorization structures, - ensuring information security, digital accessibility and GDPR compliance, - operation, maintenance and software maintenance (maintenance S) including service level management. The project is part of the BIM digitalization strategy and is closely related to the parallel projects "BIM SAP 2028" and "BitX", in which central business processes and specialist procedures are modernized and integrated. The contract term is 48 months with the option of a one-time extension of up to 24 months. The basis for the provision of services is the EVB-IT system contract in the currently valid version.
