determined that the complexity of the Merheim campus project as well as the requirements of the funding providers ensure an effective and transparent controlling and communication system

an IT-supported system for construction and project controlling for compliant and verifiable control of all projects and sub-projects of the new health campus at the Merheim location, with particular emphasis on transparency and traceability
It is important to ensure that the integration of existing systems and the connection are relevant
This includes the handover and exchange of cost and financial data, the transmission of procurement information and order statuses
as well as providing structured, role-based access to relevant project data, plans and releases for external service providers and suppliers. In addition, internal audit must be able to ensure the traceability and documentation of internal audits through read-based access rights.
