Description:
The aim is to provide and commission a comprehensive software solution for the Network monitoring. The solution is intended to enable the recording, monitoring and analysis of the network quality as well as the provision of control commands of systems in order to increase the security of supply in various supply areas and comply with legal requirements, such as B. §14a EnWG, §9 EEG.
In addition to the software solution, the following services should be offered:
Ensuring continuous maintenance and maintenance of the software solution, regular updates and upgrades and ensuring the availability of the infrastructure as well as the technical Support.
Implementation of training for the customer's employees to ensure efficient use of the software.
The software solution should be modular to facilitate future extensions and adjustments to new legal or technical requirements.
