The Saarland University Hospital (UKS) awards software for speech recognition as part of an open procedure.
Software speech recognition
The Saarland University Hospital (UKS) has a medical high-performance and competence center of the maximum supply with 38 clinics and Institutes about a wide range of services in regional and national health care. The clinic campus houses the facilities of the Saarland University Hospital and the Faculty of Medical Faculty of the University of Saarland. These are in more than 100 buildings housed, which are arranged in pavilion construction. Every year, over 50,000 patients are treated and provided on an outpatient basis in the UKS over 50,000 patients and over 230,000. For this purpose, a total of over 6,000 people are employed at the UKS, around 850 of them in the medical and approx. 2,500 in the nursing area and others approx. 1,100 medical service. The Saarland University Hospital (UKS) intends to replace its existing speech recognition system as the largest clinic in the Saarland by implementing a state -of -the -art speech recognition system to optimize medical documentation processes. The aim is to improve efficiency, accuracy and user -friendliness when recording and processing medical data.
