Description:
For the new construction of the A 39, section 1 requires a soil -related building guide, BBB, in order to be able to take the soil protection into account in the construction project in accordance with the requirements of Section 2 BBodSchG and Section 4 (5) BBodschV 2021. As the basis for the BBB, a soil protection concept, BSK, is tooDevelop.

The Autobahn GmbH of the federal government, represented by the North branch, Lueneburg branch, plans to build the new construction of sections 1 to 5 of the A 39.
Section 1 of the A 39runs between the junctions (AS) Lueneburg North (L216) and eastern Lueneburg (B216) on the existing route of the B 4 Ost bypass Lueneburg and only swung from the inventory at the end of the section in the area of linking B 4, B 209 and B 216. In addition to the connection to theExisting motorway sections of the A 39 in the north near Lueneburg and in the south near Weyhausen are provided by several links with the subordinate road network.
