The University Hospital Leipzig Aoer (UKL) plans to build a building under the project title "Sued 4- New construction BHW, emergency station and interdisciplinary office and seminar areas".For this, the UKL intends to obtain planning services. The services to be provided for this concern, among other things, the performance of the object planning, engineering structures, traffic facilities, open-air facilities, structural engineering planning, technical building equipment and CHP technology. // The building plotConsists of three flour pieces, which have been left to the UKL by the Free State of Saxony and therefore do not show any infrastructural development. The connection thus represents a component of the measure and requires a conceptual examination of the building plot in order toto secure media-technical supply and disposal of the new building. //
In addition, there is a district heating line in the construction site. The location of the management must be examined in order to enable integration into the building in the further planning process. In addition to the ones outside the buildingPurchase and disposal media must be assessed and planned within the cubature in accordance with the "guidelines UKL" and the VDI6026. //
