The EKOM21 - municipal regional data center (EKOM21) is a corporation under public law according to the Hessian data processing network law (DV -VerbundG). It is a central IT service provider for the Hessian municipalities and their institutions. From the locations in Giessen, DarmstadtAnd Kassel provides them comprehensively with modern information and communication services (LUK) of all kinds.Land circles, cities, municipalities, municipal own companies, special -purpose associations, institutions, hospitals and homes. In the state area, EKOM21 looks after numerous state associations, ministries and regional councils. In total, the EKOM21 provides services for six million citizens.
