Power object is a measure with the aim of presolving the labor market, deepening the existing vocational language skills, the determination and expansion of professional knowledge in the field of hotel and gastronomy, kitchen aid and the mediation in social insurance employment for employable beneficial women over 18 years with a migration background, whose oral and written language status after completed integration or professional German language courses does not exceed the level A2 in accordance with the common European Reference Framework (GER), which are alphabetized. In the present case, participation of men with a migration background is also possible. The basis of the service is §16 para. 1 SGB II I.V.M. §45 para. 1 sentence 1 and 3 SGB III.
