The Leipzig Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH intends the technical engineering services of the technical equipment of the plant groups 410, 430 and 440 (sanitary, ventilation, electrical) in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI for the renewal of the drinking water system (hot water, circulation, cold water, waste water) in the object of October 18 in 04103 Leipzig.
In the object, the riser for cold water, which is available in the sanitary shafts, should Hot water, circulation and waste water are renewed and connected to the horizontal stocks. If necessary, the rain drainage is also to to exchange.
