Description: The multiple excavation of the waters in the Oderbruch since 2008 gave rise to initiating the "special program Oderbruch to improve the flood outflow of water I. Order". As part of this special program, electricity, 3rd construction phase (BA), are to be eliminated in the Friedländer, the drainage obstacles and bottlenecks.
The Friedländer electricity is one of the most important advance flooders of the Oderbruch, the functionality of which forms the basis for settling and agricultural land use in the catchment area.
The measure serves to improve flood protection through the elimination of structural drain obstacles and to increase the laxative assets of a 1st order.
The planned measures extend primarily to two sections between km 0+000 and km 1+450 in the district of Wriezen as well as between km 1+800 and km 3+200 and 800 to km 6+900 in the field area.
