Description:
In the administrations and companies of the Free State of Bavaria, according to § 16 of the law on company doctors, safety engineers and other specialists for occupational safety (ASiG) of December 12, 1973, last amended by Art. 226 of the ordinance of October 31, 2006, is one of the principles of this law Gto ensure good occupational health and safety at work. This was specified in more detail in the guideline on ensuring occupational health and safety at work in the state administration of the Free State of Bavaria.
The guidelinesnever applies to all departments and approx. 1040 employees of the state institute for agriculture.
To the o. The Bavarian State Institute for Agriculture (LfL) intends to provide the service in order to comply with legal requirements in the field of occupational health and safetya specialist for occupational safety (FaSi) for a contract period of up to five years.
A volume of approx. 4,000 hours for the provision of the service according to the service description and approx. 115 on-site appointments for the period from to calculated at 5 years.
