The Medical Center for Health Bad Lippspringe GmbH (MZG) is planning the energetic renovation of the Martinusquelle Clinic with a thermal swimming pool and sports hall. The Martinusquelle Clinic will be fully in operation throughout the entire conversion phase and all patients will continue to be on site. The renovationtakes place in sections. The parts of the building affected by the renovation are drawn empty as part of the project area and can then be renovated in one train. Against this background, the architecture (LPH 1-8) specialist planning should be awarded as part of an open procedure.At least the services of the service phases 1 to 4.
