• The University of Münster is planning to renovate the biotechnology annex at the Institute for Molecular Microbiology and Biotechnology at Corrensstrasse 3, 48149 Münster. The aim of the project is to modernize and comprehensively renew the infrastructure Promoting research in the field of multiscale microbiology. As part of the renovation, modern laboratory and technical center areas will be created, which are intended for the installation of bioreactors with a capacity of 10 to 750 liters. Planned construction measures The focus is on the renovation and modernization of the technical systems of the solid construction biotechnical building that was built in the late 1990s. The usable area to be renovated is approx. 400 m2. Planning scope technical Building equipment (TGA) The TGA planning services include all trades in cost group 400 according to DIN 276, with the exception of KG 460 (conveyor systems). Part of the planning includes in particular: - sewage and water systems (KG 410) o renewal or Adaptation of the dirty water pipes above the screed to the new requirements. o Complete new construction of the drinking water network in accordance with the recognized rules of technology. - Heat supply systems (KG 420) o Redesign and renewal of the room heating surfaces.
