The city of Augsburg writes the HLS specialist planning service (performance profile § 55 HOAI) for component 2-new building company building and small house (BT 2) in the course of the general renovation of the State Theater Augsburg from LPH 5.Participation in the award (LPH 6 and 7) from the determined level of performance. In addition, the familiarization into the level of performance and its optimization with surcharges are remunerated. Level 2 are the object monitoring (LPH 8) and object care (LPH 9). To the transfer of level 2 via theLevel 1 has no claim. The city of Augsburg has decided to in component 2 from the previously commissioned specialist planning officeto separate.
The building permits for the company building was granted on September 5, 2023 and for the small house on 04.09.2023. The design planning is decided by the city council of the city of Augsburg.
