Performance phases - divided into performance levels - should be commissioned for the specialist planning of the construction logistics of 4 blocks (comprise 10 objects 6 building objects 4 outdoor facilities) in Invalidenstrasse, 10115 Berlin. The objectsinclude the following areas: usage area (NUF 1-7) according to DIN 277 of 20,450 sqm gross base area (BGF) according to DIN 277 of 45,700 sqm property area for outdoor facilities approx. 19,225 sqm. The contractual planning services for construction logistics serve to ensure that in the property: Invalidenstrasse42/43, 10115 Berlin A construction measure consisting of 6 building construction objects including all associated outdoor areas (4 objects): - Nordbau incl.
