Description:
With this award procedure, an contractor is sought to provide the basic services of LPH 5 to 9 in accordance with Section 55 (1) sentence 2 of the HOAI for the construction project. In the 2nd BA, the services of the LPH 5 are only commissioned and remunerated to the necessary scope. *** The assignment takes place and sections. *** The client starts from the following performance levels: *** level 1: Performance phases 5, 6 and 7 *** level 2: Power phases 8 and 9 *** With the granting of the surcharge, the contractor is first with performance level 1 for the Measure "Restructuring of the functional structure - building B" (= 2nd BA) commissioned. The service phase 5 is already partly available for this construction phase and only has to be completed to the extent required and, if necessary, revised. *** The conversion measure "Bettenhaus Ost (Building A)" forms the 3rd b. At the time the award procedure was carried out, it is not yet clear whether this measure can be realized. *** The client is entitled to transfer further performance levels (initially) to the contractor in relation to the 2nd BA and the services for the 3rd BA. Also the Services for the 3rd BA are gradually awarded. The assignment requires the written form. There is no legal right to commission further services.
