- A planning office with a corresponding experience for the specialist planning for the regeneration of folia roofs is sought for our roofs of Hall 6 and Nordboulevards. The "Dach Regeration Nord" project includes the folia roof of Hall 6 and the folia roof of the Nordboulevard of the Koelnmesse. TheHall 6 comprises an area (BGF) of 20,846m2 and a roof area of 20,711m2. The adjacent Nordboulevard with an area (GMF) of 4,200m2 extends over a length of 280m along the exhibition halls 9, 6, 7 and 8.Also requires revitalizing planning to improve both aesthetic and functional standards (properties). The aim is to develop a sustainable solution that maximizes the service life and at the same time takes ecological aspects into account. The order includes the analysisof the current state, the development of a detailed planning concept, the creation of the technical tender documents and the accompaniment of the implementation until completion.and Nordboulevard
