Description:
It is about the specialist planning service of structural planning of LPH 1 to 6 (basic determination, preliminary planning, draft planning, approval planning, implementation planning, preparation of the award) in accordance with Section 49 HOAI for the construction project described below
I. Suitability criteria (see information sheet: Minimum requirements)
1. Economic and financial performance
a) Minimum turnover
Total turnover of at least 144,000.00 EUR/a in the performance profile
the respective specialist planning of the last 3 completed financial years
b) Business liability insurance
Personal injuries at least €5 million as well as for property and financial losses
at least €3 million
2. professional suitability and performance
a) 1 x reference
from the last three years that relate to services (object of procurement) comparable to this order.
- at least LPH 2-8 or for structural planning LPH 2-6,
- at least construction costs of €1 million net
- New construction or Expansion measure
- at least fee zone III
b) Professionals and qualifications
At least three professionals with a professional qualification
University degree (diploma engineer / master / bachelor) (employed employees
including the office owner or the managing director in the annual period
Means of the last 3 completed financial years
