- Planned construction: For the "core renovation of the sports hall and the redesign of the outdoor area": The Burggymnasium has a 1-field sports hall that was built about 50 years ago. Due to its age -related structural and technical condition, there is a comprehensive renovation necessary. The sports hall is located on a listed property and is surrounded by listed buildings. In the case of facade design, close cooperation with the monument protection authority is required in order to take into account the monument preservation requirements. Goal of the Project is the complete core renovation of the hall to improve the functionality, security and energy efficiency, including monument conservation points of view. The sports hall includes the hall with 1 sports field, 2 changing rooms, 2 sanitary areas, a changing room for the Teaching and a warehouse or equipment room. As part of the first performance phases, it must be checked whether the floor plan of the adjoining rooms can possibly be redesigned in order to implement 2 teacher circuit cabins if possible. Further floor plan changes are conceivable and checked. As part of the core renovation Should probably be dismantled all components except for the load -bearing construction.
