Description:
The Leipzig Wohnungs- und Baugeschaft intends the services of the specialist planning of technical equipment of the plant groups 410 (sanitary) in accordance with §§ 53 ff. Leipzig (Kiebitzmark residential area). The residential complex on the Kiebitzmark compises 265 apartments and was built in 1994. The building complex is located in the Leipzig district of Paunsdorf. The buildings and apartments are in the state of construction. All residential units are currently inhabited. The residential complex is renovated under inhabited conditions. It is planned to renew the riser lines for cold water, hot water, circulation and waste water in the sanitary shafts.
