• On the grounds of Muehlenstrasse 70 there is a gymnastics hall, a roller skating rink and a sports field. The gymnastics hall on Muehlenstrasse is for public use. The existing buildings at the location no longer meet today's requirements and are consumed. The sports facility has been regularly used by the general public on weekdays for decades. At the weekend, sometimes also for club game operations. This sports facility is an important part of the Lankwitz district for school, leisure, senior, kindergarten and Club sport and must therefore be preserved in its existing form. There are no plans to expand the existing sports offerings. The gymnastics hall on the property is dilapidated and should therefore be demolished. A replacement new building will be built at the same location However, due to the usage requirements, the floor area increases compared to the old building. The gymnastics hall will be built almost at the same level as the adjacent sports field.
