Specialist planning Technical equipment in accordance with § 53 HOAI 2021 with the plant groups (AG) 1 wastewater, water, gas systems, AG 2 heat supply systems and AG 3 air-technical systems, service phases 1 to 9 (basic services) and individual special performance.

The services are advertisedthe specialist planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2021 i. V. M. Appendix 15.1 for the plant groups (AG) 1 Wastewater, Water, Gas Sanlages, AG 2 heat supply systems and AG 3 Air technology systems, performance phases 1-9 (basic services) and individual special services, includingthe inventory of the existing technical systems, insofar as they are necessary for the achievement of the project goals. The commissioning and provision of services take place gradually. With the distribution of the surcharge, processing level I (= order level 1) is consisting of the service phase1 (basic determination) up to the service phase 4 (approval planning) commissioned. The client reserves the right to also use the processing level II (= order level 2) consisting of execution planning on the basis of the planner contract to be concluded after the processing level I has been concludedObject supervision (service phases 5 to 9) to continue to be instructed in whole or in part.
