• HLS / building automation / medical gases ELT / conveyor systems Specialist planning services for technical equipment in accordance with Section 55 of the HOAI are being tendered for the project “L022 - Conversion of House 4” at the Klinikum Lemgo location of Klinikum Lippe GmbH. The award is made in two lots: Lot 1 - HLS / building automation / medical gases and Lot 2 - ELT / conveyor systems. The subject of the tender is technical equipment planning services in accordance with Sections 53 and 55 of the HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 to the HOAI for the project "L022 - Conversion of House 4" at the Lemgo Clinic location of Klinikum Lippe GmbH. The project concerns the structural, functional and technical further development of existing building structures in House 4. The specialist planning services relate in particular to the Complete conversion of the existing station 42 on the 2nd floor into a high-quality elective service station based on a preliminary floor plan and a specified corporate interior (CI) concept, the change of use of the existing station 41 on the 1st floor for medical and examination areas for vascular surgery and neurology including the MS outpatient clinic and Parkinson's day clinic, the dismantling of the existing modular building by the Caldolto company, the new construction of a necessary massive replacement staircase all floors from the basement to the 4th floor as well as the restoration of the affected external surfaces.
