Description:
Ulm, Stuttgarter Strasse 199, Wilhelmsburg -Kaserne, new building chamber building WiBu (D2), intended is the commissioning of specialist planning services for technical equipment according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI, for plant groups 8 building automation. To be awarded: 2.3.5.6.7 and 8 HOAI. TheEstimated total construction costs are € 3,900,000 gross (cost group 200 to 600). Building: 09/2026, completion: 07/2028.
Task description:
The measure includes the construction of a new chamber building with the plant group listed above, as well as the preparatory measures for the partial demolitionof the existing building. Furthermore, the task includes the separation of the building automation of the existing building for the partial building demolition, as well as the new connection of the newly planned chamber building with the building automation system of the property.
