Description:
Engineering performance according to HOAI Part 4, Section 2.
HVAC planning for the new CARE-MED (TRC III) building at the Erlangen University Hospital. The interdisciplinary research building for novel AI-based evaluation technology is the last of a total of 4 novel research buildings to be built in the north of Erlangennear the Schwabachanlage. Federal funding measure according to Art. 91b GG.
Applicable costs TGA M:
€6.5 million (net)
The planning covers the following areas (LPh2 - LPh8):
- Ventilation systems (partial, full air conditioning systems) for research areas (no classic laboratory ventilation, Standard slightly lower)
- Erectung district heating transfer station, heating installation and heating surfaces
- drinking water installation/hot water production, possibly industrial water
- e-water treatment system (for ventilation system)
- wastewater lifting system
- building automation
- refrigeration systems
- media supply/disposal of medical devices (e.g. MRT)
- Integration of drainage into the higher-level rainwater utilization system (building edge interface)
