- As part of an appointment for the Chair of Transport Processes in the Faculty of Biological and Chemical Engineering (BCI), Cube 09 is to be prepared as a technical center and laser laboratory. In order to build the technical center and the laser laboratory in cube 09, conversions or installation of the laboratory in the existing building are being plannedt (room-in-room principle). The following technical properties must be taken into account during the construction project according to the specifications of the future users: Laser laboratory: - Room height: approx. 3m - Area: approx. 60m2 - 2 laser tables, movement area all around 1m per laser table Room conditioning: - Air conditioning: /-3 C TTemperature stability - Indoor air conditioning systems: Supply air, exhaust air, exhaust air for exhaust gases from fuel gases Media: - Compressed air, laboratory water, demineralized water, wastewater Power supply: - Power in watts: 18,000-20,000 W - Voltage in volts: 230, 400 V (current, heavy current ) - Current in Amps: 16 / 32 / 40 TechnicalGases: - Compressed air, natural gas, nitrogen alpha, argon, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen, helium, methane, test gas, technical nitrogen, syn-air, from the central system or gas cylinder cabinets Process gases: - Pyrolysis (consisting of: CO, CO2, CH4, H2, H20, tar) burner (consisting of: N2,O2, H2O, CO2 and, in smaller quantities, unburned hydrocarbons IT: - Data/telephone network Safety devices: - Emergency stop, sockets for measuring computers, UPS, earthing, gas warning system/sensors Technical center: - Room height: approx. 4.50 m - Area: approx 95 m2 room conditioning: - Air conditioning systems:...
