• Specialist planning technical equipment electrical, shared accommodation Marquardter Chausse, Potsdam The Municipal Real Estate Service Potsdam is planning to expand the shared accommodation location “Marquardter Chaussee 114”. The existing one-story Container accommodation for 80 beds will now be supplemented by a one-story social building and two two-story accommodation buildings to expand the capacity by a further approximately 120 beds. The container facility located there is in ongoing operations and will not undergo any changes apart from a reallocation of individual rooms. The new accommodation buildings are planned as container buildings for a limited period of use, are two-story with open stairs on the gables and consist of each 56 containers. Bed rooms are arranged on both sides of a central hallway, and the kitchen and sanitary facilities are grouped into 4 containers on each floor. The one-story social building has three large rooms with kitchenettes for training and Leisure activities, three offices for management and social workers with a consultation room and a break room with a tea kitchen, a caretaker's workshop and two sanitary rooms. The social building consists of 23 room containers, 3 sanitary/kitchen containers and 6 hallway containers, a total of 32 modules.
