Stadtbahn headquarters - new construction of the Stadtbahn depot in Regensburg
The subject of the order is the services of technical equipment, system groups 1 (wastewater, water and gas systems), 2 (heat supply systems), 3 (air conditioning systems), 7 (usage-specific systems, here: kitchen technical systemsage) and 8 (building automation) in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI.
The HLS planning office should be assigned services from service phases 1 to 9 in accordance with § 51 HOAI.
The contractor is commissioned in stages (see HLS planning contract) :
- Service package 1 (basic determination and preliminary planningng according to § 55 HOAI)
- Service package 2 (design planning and approval planning according to § 55 HOAI)
- Service package 3 (execution planning according to § 55 HOAI)
- Service package 4 (preparation of the award and participation in the award according to § 55 HOAI)
- Service package 5 (property monitoring - construction monitoringg and documentation in accordance with § 55 HOAI)
- Service package 6 (property support in accordance with § 55 HOAI)
