- FairNetz GmbH plans to build a wastewater heat pump as part of the project to decarbonize Reutlingen's district heating. Waste water from the West sewage treatment plant in Reutlingen serves as the heat source for this. This tender includes the planning of the Large heat storage, the system technology and the technical building equipment of the required pump building (loading and unloading pumps, cushioning steam system, pipes, pressure maintenance system, electrical engineering, MSR technology, ventilation / air conditioning / heating and plumbing installations). The planning of a control storage unit (approx. 125 m³) is also included, which is required for loading and unloading control of the large heat storage unit and also as a hydraulic switch between the generation systems and the District heating network works. To provide technical support during the planning phase, this tender creates an office for specialist planning (technical equipment service) in accordance with Section 55 HOAI (basic services for service phases 5 to 8 as well as for certain special ones Services in system groups 2, 4 and 8) sought.
