Description:
The Marktoberdorf fire station is to be expanded and renovated in nine construction phases to ensure that the fire station meets current standards:
BA 1: Addition of an additional parking space with storage area and changing rooms, as the existing parking spaces are needed for the new Eemergency vehicle are not suitable.
BA 2: Redesign of the northern basement exit into a passage with dismantling and redesign of the roof with a noise barrier to the neighbor and new construction of a freight elevator.
BA 3: Replacement of all windows and the ETICS in order to bring the building up to a contemporary energy levelandard to bring.
BA 4: Reconstruction of the operations center with renewal of the technology.
BA 5-6: Expansion of the basement with a new respiratory protection training range and new equipment for the respiratory protection workshop and washroom.
BA 7: Expansion of the ground floor - minor renovations and replacement of all vehicle gatesall to adapt the building to current requirements.
BA 8: Construction of a roof terrace next to the large training room on the upper floor, with a new escape staircase.
BA 9: Renewal of the broken asphalt surface in front of the building and redesign of the basement exit ramp on the north side.
It is fundingMeasures are planned for the creation of an additional parking space and a respiratory protection route, and individual measures are also to be subsidized through KfW/BAFA funding. The funding provider's requirements must be observed accordingly.
