The new specialist software must be suitable for the calculation, exemplary and payment processing (revenue? And expenditure management with the Financial & Software Software & MORE used in the house) of the services under the Social Code Tweloped Book (SGB XII), the Social Code NeinTes Book (SGB IX) , Benefits according to § 35 a Social Code Eight Book (SGB VIII), the Asylum Seeker Performance Act (AsylbLG), the Landesbildungsetungsgesetz (LBIGG), the Sacrifier Compensation Act (OEG), the Criminal Rehabilitation Act (Strrhag), the Federal Supply Act (BVG). The same applies to the Social Code Fourteen book (SGB XIV), which is introduced to 01.01.2024. The necessary requirements according to federal? And state laws on statistical evaluations must be fulfilled and can be reported to the competent authorities. The technical procedure is to be completely operated by a data center and the city of Oldenburg will be provided. The data center must be operated in accordance with § 80 Social Code Tenth's Book (SGB X) in a public legal form, as the special permit requirements pursuant to Section 80 (5) SGB X for a contract for a job.
