Description:
The city of Andernach intends to build new apartments in the course of the construction of the fire station in Andernach. These are to be built on the property from Koblenzer Str. 22, up to the railway line in front of Koblenzer Str. 34, 56626 Andernach (section of the parcel 6/2). Terrain according to the planning area of the 22. Change of development of the development plan "Guentherstrasse/Karolingerstrasse", see document "02_Gez. Planning draw Guentherstrasse_karolingerstrasse 5. Change". The object planning services have already been awarded in a separate procedure. Now the specialist planning services (Lot 1 - Structure planning; Lot 2 - hls; Lot 3 - elt) advertised.
The planning services for the construction of the fire station are awarded in separate procedures.
